Generally, the Western Region Water Corporation has established very strong and viable strategic plans for recycling water and sewage which has greatly enhanced its sustainability. The company has succeeded to an extent in providing a variety of services to its clients through strategic planning and mobilizing its services more efficiently. As it has been revealed, the Western Region Water Corporation’s revenue over the last few years has been ranging between $250 to 780 million dollars; an indication that the company has been improving subsequentially. Perhaps, many of the company’s customers have shown a high degree of responsiveness and trust in the company as its services have been of high quality as asserted by SGV (2009).

To enhance the achievement of its mission and vision, the Western Region Water Corporation has organized a strategic plan that would propel the company very high in terms of its performance. Considering the current environmental changes, the organization plans at achieving a sustainable program for its services to enhance the achievement of its goals and objectives. More specifically, the company plans to provide its clients with more efficient shower heads, water flow controllers, and toilet reservoir controllers. By so doing, the company would be assured of proper utilization of the available water by its clients sufficiently and drive the environment into sustainable future demands.

Perhaps, the company’s invention in the provision of efficient equipment for water utilization and recycling sewages would enhance the achievement of a sustainable water provision to its clients. The company plans to install new equipment in its clients’ waterways; which would be more efficient in terms of avoiding water wastages as well as enhancing the recycling of used water more sustainably (Cutlip & Center, 1971).

More specifically, according to SGV (2009), the customers’ responsiveness towards the strategic plans by the company has been positive in which many have incorporated the innovations by the company in its pursuit towards achieving an environmentally sustainable future.
