The credibility of the proposal can be supported by the fact that in the current market, the primary focus is established on building a solid community. The long-term aims of any business include client-oriented management. Customer focus is the ability to provide high-quality customer service. This is a marketing tool, a strategy that works to increase profits. The number of new and regular customers, as well as their loyalty and trust in the company, directly depends on this indicator. Therefore, every successful company is trying to constantly improve the level of customer focus in the business, using various tools for this. The flower shop should strive to increase the chances of attracting customers’ attention and gaining trust through various activities mentioned above.
