It could be taken as the example of a poorly organized job advertisement that will hardly contribute to the appearance of a great level of interest to the suggested jobs. Applying the AIDA model we could formulate several reasons for this statement.

Attention

The ad lacks any visible company’s logo, so it is difficult for an employee to understand what company he/she is going to work. Additionally, there are many vacancies incorporated in one job advertisement. It bewilders a person as he/she is not able to focus on one of the suggested works and choose the most appropriate one.

Interest

The given ad could hardly interest a person. First, there is no detailed description of the vacancy, so an individual who wants to work in the given sphere could only guess. Second, there are no clear requirements for a would-be specialist. This fact decreases the level of interest given to the advertising. Finally, job specification is rather shallow and gives rise to numerous questions.

Desire

This aspect could be considered the weakest point of the given ad. It does not highlight any interesting aspects or some unusual features peculiar to these very vacancies. The advertising just lists the main tasks that should be performed by a specialist at his/her workplace. For this reason, it does not spark interest, and the majority of specialists could ignore it, looking for better offerings.

Action

There are no instructions on how to apply the documents that are needed to get this job. Additionally, the ad lack any date or place for a theoretical meeting with an employer. That is why it could hardly motivate an applicant.

Attention

The ad is well structured, with an indented introduction section and the main body. We could see a company’s logo and its brief description. This pattern contributes to the improved understanding of the company’s character as a person might consider its image when deciding whether to take this ad into account.

Interest

First, the suggested job differs from the rest of the vacancies by its nature. It is unusual and could attract viewers attention. Additionally, there is a detailed job specification that explains all duties a would-be worker should perform to improve the company’s functioning. Additionally, the ad emphasizes that there is a great level of responsibility peculiar to the given job. However, it could be rewarding and bring satisfaction to an employee. ,

Desire

As stated above, the ad emphasizes the unusual character of the given job and states that it benefits an applicant. Moreover, the given vacancy could be considered an important stage in an individual’s personal and professional development. For this reason, it attracts employees attention.

Action

The ad states the date when the latest applications are accepted and how individuals could contact the organization. The given information motivates a person to analyze the advertisement and act as soon as it is possible to get this job.

Considering the information mentioned above about these job advertisements’ strengths and weaknesses, we could suggest several ways to improve their efficiency and attract applicants attention.

Thus, speaking about the first one, there are several steps to reorganize and attain a better result. Foremost, its design should be improved. There is a need for a company’s logo for people who look through this ad to understand its character and reputation. Additionally, vacancies could be printed in different fonts to attract attention and show several offerings within this one.

Additionally, every vacancy should be followed by a detailed description of the suggested work’s character, benefits that could be obtained when working there, and the opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Furthermore, detailed requirements for candidates could increase the efficiency of this very ad and attract attention to it as people will have better comprehending of the task they should perform.

However, the most obvious weakness of the given job advertisement is the lack of motivation. A person reading the text does not have any desire to apply for these vacancies. That is why the ad should be reorganized in a way that would inspire people and make them follow it. In this regard, the text should highlight the advantages and rewards obtained when working for this company.

Finally, the information about the closing date and the company’s contacts should be provided. It will increase motivation and organize potential workers to use this ad and try his/her hand in this very company.

Good ad

Revolving around the second advertisement, we could also suggest some ways that could be used to improve it. It is better organized than the first one; however, several aspects could be improved.

First, there is a clear and distinctive company logo that indicates the brand. However, it is also possible to make the ad more attractive by improving its design. The logo could be placed at the center of the advertisement to grasp the attention at the first gaze. Having noticed a familiar sign, a person will continue reading as it could signalize a good offering.

Additionally, the ad could also become better if to use additional information about the nature of the suggested vacancy and benefits it might guarantee. For instance, its compliers could add a point which states that experience gained when working for Parco will help to find new attractive vacancies as this fact in the biography is appreciated by employers.

Therefore, the given ad needs little amendments as it presents itself as an elaborated example of the appropriate use of different design tools to achieve a positive final result and attract people’s attention to the information presented in the advertisement.

Conclusion

Altogether, analyzing these two ads, we could admit the unique importance of design. It is a powerful tool that could be used to attract people and increase the level of attention devoted to a certain issue. Moreover, the examples mentioned above show us that the appropriate usage of efficient approaches could contribute to the improved results and positive outcomes when the disregard of these very remedies has a pernicious impact on the quality of the final product.
