Criminal justice agencies are an organization that administers justice, undertake prosecution, supervise the community, and conducts pretrial services. However, they have recently managed an educated workforce due to their growing educational levels. Having educated criminal justice agencies encourage a culture of learning in organizations. Continuous learning in organizations ensures future sustainability and nature’s future leaders. Moreover, criminal justice agencies facilitate effective organizational transition owing to their education and experience background. Criminal justice employees create awareness about laws in organizations, preventing legal contraventions and punishments (Miller et al., 2020). Law enforcement workers can be elemental in developing policies that protect general safety and ensure equal rights for all workers. People in law enforcement are intensely loyal, and hiring them would improve job retention and satisfaction. I feel the minimum education level for an entry-level employee should be short-cycle tertiary education since more years of schooling equips the workforce with interpersonal and professional skills necessary for efficiency and fostering growth.
