On the other hand, Rowland can be presented to be exercising a degree of unethical consideration as he makes some business decisions without consulting his seniors. This is best expressed when he sends emails to his manager and other top officials in the D & M Insurance Company telling them about how the prices of their policies should be cut down. In this respect therefore, Rowland fails to adhere to ethics in business operations in terms of decision making by deciding for the company without prior consultations. As it is evidenced by his manger becoming angry because of his action, Rowland can be described as haven ignored the role of protocol in business dealings; which further expresses his unethical considerations.

Generally, the vice president of sales and the president of AllSafe Insurance Company should not have discussed their strategic courses of action while still in the plane that; they needed to change their plans once they find that they have been leaked.
