Army is among the integral parts of all governments around the world. They play an essential role in protecting the nation from internal and external threats. As a result, the modernization of personnel well-being improvement and army preparedness strategies is crucial to sustaining and improving the military system. However, when speaking about the modernization strategy of the army, it is necessary to take into account the holistic approach, which involves the modernization of preparedness and improvement of the quality of life of military personnel.
First, military personnel is vital to the proper functioning of the army, and enhancement of its quality of life is necessary. Efforts to improve quality of life involve upgrades to accommodation and facilities, healthcare, childcare, spousal employment, and permanent station changes (Army readiness and modernization in 2022, 2022). In order to provide individuals across all sites with high-quality healthcare, it is crucial for preparedness that the Army hires and keeps the greatest medical specialists.
