It is the only institution mandated to provide the Certified in Health Resources (CHHR), a certification that differentiates the healthcare human resource professionals. Additionally, the institution offers an opportunity where committees and subcommittees are formed to participate in the politics of healthcare. However, the organization’s primary purpose is to “advance healthcare through HR Excellence” (Governance, n.d.). The HR model recommended by ASHHRA is a five-part model created to encourage HR professionals to higher levels of values, behaviors, knowledge, and skills. The main focus, however, is personal leadership since it promotes the importance of the organization.

Third, World Health Care Congress (WHCC20) is a conference that is held annually in Washington DC. It was first conveyed to make all healthcare stakeholders adapt to the new changes. Additionally, it helps make the participants make quick decisions to ensure that the changing needs of patients and other staff members in the healthcare are met efficiently and effectively (Empowering and Connecting Leaders in Health Care Transformation., n.d.). With the current trends in the healthcare system, there is a need to change the behavior and adapt to the new changes. For instance, it helps promote the use of telehealth and address the health disparities in the nation. Additionally, the conference focuses on connecting individuals through sharing best practices and providing a platform for learning. It also creates a networking environment where participants can build relationships and make new connections. The conference mainly has over 300 speakers who are drawn from different fields. There also over 1200 attendees who are expected to attend the meeting annually. Due to the COVID 19, the conference will be held virtually in 2021.
