A personal reflection on the reading
Most of the class readings have examined the challenges faced by educators and parents in the country. The article “Challenges for Educators: Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual Families” by James Sears examines the issues affecting various groups in different societies. The article explains why the question of gender and racial conflict has remained a significant problem in many organizations. The world has failed to acknowledge the fact that homosexuality is a reality.
