Clutter language is used as an official language by American corporations to hide its mistakes. It is also a Pentagon language used in the justification of an act that would be rebuked. It’s also used by people when they want to camouflage their speech. When one don’t know the exact thing he want to say while in the attempts of saying it he fails to communicate, for instance “this will be very interesting” then he fails to make it interesting. It is language used by the politicians which they use in an attempt to defend what is in reality indefensible. In the attempt to reduce the meaningfulness of a certain concern the clutter language is used in the interoffice memo. It leaves the reader suspended to make the conclusion while at the same time it can be confusing especially in camouflaging ground. This also slugs the reader as in most cases the reader can figure out without writer’s notification while the writer seems exaggerated.

People can avoid the use of clutter if they stick to their points. This is possible where the writer leaves out bracketed statements which are meant to explain more concerning a statement and leave the reader to make his own analyzes. Empty openers and phrases should be left out by pointing out a statement, modifiers should never be overworked; prepositions should be omitted without altering the intended meaning of the statement. Adjectives that express a fact should not be used. One should use short words to replace long words. Every word used should do a new work while avoiding chances of being pretentious, exaggerated or a means of showing off while using vague nouns which makes the statement long. All useless statements even though they seem beautiful to the writer should be avoided. To avoid clutter, one should reexamine every sentence. Everybody has a duty to work on his writing or verbal speech, improve on it and do away with clutter.
