Communication refers to the act of people being able to get the ideas and views that are to been passed by the other person. There are several theories, and they include group and public communication theories. This theory comprises group decision-making whereby people can discuss their issues. Therefore, in this theory, one can make an accurate decision about their organization. In decision-making, one can get the views from others and be ready to come to an agreement. Through this, there is organizational communication in that the decisions that are made are passed on to the organization about a certain issue that has to bring positive effects to the organization.

The other theory is the interpersonal theory which brings about relationship development. According to it, people can communicate, and through the agreement, they can create a relationship whereby they can be able to pass issues that one requires. One is also able to get advice from these relations as different people have different views that can be passed on from one person to another and therefore these people can come up with something that can be able to assist them in future on the activities that they do.

There is also relationship maintenance whereby these people will be able to stay together and live in peace with others willing to get assistance from the rest. Through this theory, there is the influence whereby one can be influenced either in the right way or in the wrong way. For example, people can influence others to follow their behaviors, be it good or bad. Therefore, people should be willing to take the right behaviors from others.

There is the cultural context theory whereby people can communicate their cultures. The parents can communicate to their children what is expected of them in society. Therefore, this can only be achieved through proper communication. People can also communicate between different sexes in that through communication, children will be willing to stay in peace with others who are not of the same gender. There is the ethical reflection whereby people can pass their ethics to others. Also, they can reflect been with others through communication. Then it becomes easier for these people to know the changes that are made in the society based on culture. Therefore, only communication can make people know what others desire from them.

There is the message theory that includes both the verbal messages and the non-verbal in these messages. They are of importance only through proper communication. The messages should be understandable to all so that through communication, they can be passed on to all without been biased. Organization theory is based on the organization whereby people in a particular organization have to communicate properly to not be poor performance.

The importance of these theories is that people have to communicate so that they can be able to stay and understand one another. Communication has to be clear to all. That is the reason why communication has to be taught to the young, and through this, they will be able to get the information that is accepted by them. This is because there are things that people have to know, and this can only be done through proper communication so that the information is passed on well without having a wrong impression on the people who receive that communication.

Communication is very important to all. Therefore, so that information can be passed on well, the only thing that has to be some is to ensure that there is proper communication to the people who are supposed to pass the information. Communication theories have to be well understood to know what is expected of them to know in that particular information.
