As a part of the localization strategy McDonald’s has developed a special product menu for the Indian market involving vegetarian items only. They do not include any beef or pork items in their Indian menu as it is against the cultural ethics of Indian population. The local workers seem to be more reliable for a long-term. The business firms can positively influence the economic condition of local community and thus create goodwill among the community as a whole.
