Personalization, digitalization, and soft learning skills are significant trends in learning. With the growth of technology, children now have access to valuable resources and the lessons themselves. It is especially relevant in an era of the pandemic because distance education is a reality the whole world is facing (Yildiz, et al., 2020). Its application has become an integral aspect of school life and will remain so throughout humanity. It is optimistic but needs a change in approach for every child to feel engaged. Learning soft skills includes primarily critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Teaching these abilities will help pupils learn and shape their growth as independent individuals in today’s world (Ristic & Blagdanic, 2017). Personalized programs are also important trends for the long term. They give children more freedom of choice, and interest-based learning is closely tied to future success.
Teachers should take into account the physical, mental, and emotional needs of students when compounds curricula. Observations of learner behavior can be specific steps to adapt the curriculum to students’ requirements. At the same time, it is valuable to discuss all issues with students; for example, it is advisable to ask what profession they want to choose and offer them specific subjects (Hirsch, 2017). An essential point is a communication between teachers and exchanging experiences about education techniques and their impact on particular classes. Additionally, teachers need to attend conferences to learn new study methods to attract and apply technologies (Burbules, et al., 2020). That is, the curriculum should be flexible and meet the needs of learners. This will help develop the most relevant skills that future employers will value. Therefore, it can conclude that these needs are complementary.
