Organizational Goals
Mission
Our mission is to improve and conserve the environment in South Florida through the businesses and citizens of Dade and Broward counties. Our office will accomplish this through outreach programs that engage local communities and teach partners how to utilize native plants, reduce energy and water consumption, and recycle, recognizing the unique challenges associated with an urban environment, a hot climate, low-lying land, and local lifestyle preferences. We will also partner with low-income areas to use environmentally sound methods to improve underprivileged communities. By partnering with the community, we will create positive awareness and collaborative approaches to environmental preservation efforts.

Employee’s Performance Appraisal
Explanation
Sally’s appraisal aimed to increase her motivation as an employee and recalls the agency’s goals and values. Moreover, the assessment sets expectations and standards for the employee’s activities (Selden, 2009). The presented review combines several popular forms of performance appraisal. The sections describe both the achievements and the scope for improvements. The fundamental values part indicates how committed an employee is to the company (Clarke, 2021). The compliance of the agency’s mission with the employee’s values contributes to greater efficiency and is the prevention of burnout. The proposed form also considers the opinion of the employee herself. This section may support self-reliance in employees’ decision-making, help them be more proactive, and suggest aspects that the company can improve.
Sally’s case is quite interesting since her duties include rather contrasting tasks. Working with contractors requires serious business communication and problem-solving skills. The abilities needed to involve communities are different – it is necessary to attract attention, and advertise the project. It is essential to consider what resources and assistance the agency can provide to solve this problem. Thus, this paper presents the goals, objectives, and measures for the agency and the employee and reviews the employee’s performance. These aspects are interrelated since the activities of each worker, their achievement of the goals is vital for the company’s mission.
