The Coca-Cola Company has advised its staff to adopt calming techniques that create relaxation time for the staff members. This is done by giving outbreaks to those actively involved in the manufacture of the products and giving leaves for some time; the company has also created shift sessions that allow specified workers to take some rest. The company encourages this by paying its workers even while they are on leave (Wang, 2018). This technique has worked well for the company as it gives enough time for workers to rest and relax from exhaustion. This is depicted by reduced uncertainty, which is currently reported to have reduced by a more significant percentage than in the previous fiscal years. On the other hand, some resigned, and some died due to stress and burnout, thus reducing the company’s production rate.

Introduction of employee’s wellness program

The company has also launched an employee wellness program that mainly deals with the well-being of the staff members and the subordinates to ensure that all the employees are healthy and live a good life.
