The current literature review extensively describes the present state of affairs in Etihad Airways and concepts that relate to the profitability of the business. According to the statistical evidence, customer experience should be considered the main driving factor of the success of Etihad Airways. There is still room for improvement, but a thorough reassessment of the current values and strategies is required.
