McDonald’s is considered as the world’s largest chain of multinational fast food chain which is operating across the globe and it serves more than 47 million customers daily. The structure of the organization is quite large which spreads over a network of branches and that is the reason why the organization focuses a lot on marketing and promotional activities. The organization has strong branding strategies through its focus on consumer behavior and it frames its marketing and brand management strategy on the basis of its customers. The entire process at McDonalds stresses on the ascendency of customers and their strategy value the customers. However, the structure of McDonalds depicts that the organization is it is a multinational organization which incorporates all the international strategies of management and marketing.
Organizations focus a lot on brand and it is the positioning of brands that make or break an organization. Although there are different brands that are marketed in our society through different mediums but McDonalds is my favorite brand and I am very much influenced by this brand. There are number of reasons that describes that why I am so much influenced by this brand. Firstly, they work on a customer centric approach and McDonalds is usually engaged in developing new and modernized strategies for their customers. Secondly, the marketing strategy of McDonald is quite crystal clear and they have the tendency to fulfill their promises. Finally, they work on the principle of mass marketing and no particular class is targeted by this brand which depicts that it is for everyone. As far as the loyalty is concerned I am very much loyal to this brand just because if its quality and taste.
Loyalty of McDonalds is depicted by enormous number of satisfied customers who prefer McDonalds and the quality of products that are produced by McDonalds.
My attitude towards McDonalds is quite clear and I feel proud to say that I am one of the loyal customers of this brand. In the similar manner as it is said that the past experiences of an individual frame his/her current decisions. My past experiences with McDonalds are quite memorable because it is not that expensive and the Big Mac of McDonalds with its special sauce gives a scrumptious taste. Furthermore, the advertising of McDonalds targets the emotions of customers and loyal customers can definitely have a mouth watering sensation whenever they view an advertisement of McDonalds. As far as the reasoning part is concerned the customers of McDonalds believe that the menu offered is full of tasty items and the brand is quite consistent in its taste and that is the reason why they should opt for this brand.
There are different direct and indirect competitors of McDonalds like Pizza Hut, KFC, and Burger King etc. The competitors surely do influence me on the basis of price and attractive deals that they offer from time to time. However, I might not switch my brand because of the fact that I am very loyal to McDonalds and very satisfied with the way this organization treats its customers and me being one of them enjoys the same. However, if a competitor comes in with certain freebies or other attractive price oriented deals than I might try that brand for that specific deal and point in time. But after that deal I would certainly switch back to McDonalds because I love the taste and the offers of this brand. In a nutshell I can say that McDonalds is one of the best brands of the world.
