In 1990, the company began manufacturing roller shutters in the country. The manufacturing company eventually moved to Malaysia to supply the mounting market demands. Currently, Ferco is an installer, producer, and distributor of shutters used in manufacturing, housing, and trade. The Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and British Standards (BS) license Ferco.

The United Arab Emirates Civil Defense and the Singapore Civil Defense approved this company for licensing. The company is capable of serving customers with diverse requests across the globe. Ferco achieved this through expansion and conducting various focused studies. The company has acquired the most support compared to other corporations through fire testing laboratories.

Inherently, the occupational experience is considered as a chance to be dynamically engrossed in a specific occupation, which one may be interested. Besides, it involves the investigation of the ability necessary to carry out the assigned tasks. Work experience presents one with the familiarity regarding what the future may hold.

The experience in work placement assisted me in comprehending what Mechatronics Engineering is as well as what such engineers perform. Moreover, I learned the application of mental and physical acquaintance whenever faced with life challenges. I also learned strategies for managing the different crisis as a competent engineer. I am now aware of what is expected in the career and determined to pursue the aforementioned profession.

Generally, I cherished the occupation experience given that I got contented with the first-class outcomes and acquaintance acquired from Ferco Shutters. Indeed, the occupation practice appeared useful as it gave me various imperative thoughts concerning the occupation of my choice.

While going through the twelve weeks of job placement, I worked with qualified engineers from the Seating Systems and Ferco Shutters. The engineers guided me to acquire helpful knowledge. I was committed on how to review venture aspects that were carried out by numerous qualified Ferco Shutters engineers.

I employed personal scientific skills, numerical, electronic, automatic, and wide-ranging knowledge that I gained while studying to answer and explore challenges. In case problems emerged, I employed personal dilemma cracking ability plus the supervisor’s advice to attain first-class answers. Communication skills along with the ability to use the internet played a significant role in handling the venture.

Throughout the twelve weeks of work placement, I worked through the assistance accorded to me by the qualified engineers to gain the precious skill. I employed personal mechanical and arithmetical skills to test such designing and whether they complied or hardly adhered to the standards. I tested whether it was harmless and devoid of faults.
