Mark went to Google because this company shares his values, develops a smart mind ecosystem, and is attentive to its employees. At Google, all the focus is on the people who do the work, not on the results. Google’s work culture is built on this idea, with the main goal of creating the happiest environment that produces the highest results. The company ensures that employees love their work and want to do it, and that is what will bring the company success. This company is not afraid to challenge ideas and norms, which leads to more creative products (OpenStax, 2019, 01:11-01:17). I think that is part of the reason why Mark turned to them in the first place. In addition, the workspaces themselves at Google are created according to the principles of maximum convenience and sustainability – these are the properties that Mark would like to see in his products.

Mark and Google focus on its users’ experiences and solving users’ problems in marketing to its customers. To reduce negative perceptions, marketing must keep an eye on everything that affects customer uncertainty and risk. Mark and Google are really doing their best in this regard. They assess what their customers need, that is, their main requests. The devices they create have a nice interface and are easy to use. Most importantly, at Google, they create products that make customers’ lives easier. Focusing on customers and what problems they want to solve and creating high-quality products is how marketing works at Google.

Sustainability is something that is built into the overall development process at Google. The company’s products are not designed to replace any devices already in use but rather to complement them (OpenStax, 2019, 03:44-03:37). This is where sustainability comes in – there is a reduction in consumption. This principle is important because the issues of overproduction and the impact on the environment in the modern world have become particularly pressing against the backdrop of the current environmental crisis. Giants like Google cannot ignore their devices’ impact on the planet.

In accounting, it is customary to distinguish three main functions; informational, analytical, and control functions. The role of finance is financial planning, raising funds, and their distribution. Information systems perform functions such as collecting data, storing and processing it, and subsequently producing information outputs. Four blocks of complex marketing functions can be distinguished, including analytical, production, sales, and control. There are four basic purposes of management: planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The nature of management implies that people should be organized into groups and controlled.

Individual entrepreneurship is when someone engages in entrepreneurial activity but does not register as another business. The advantages are that there are no restrictions and no additional federal taxes when creating this type of property. However, the disadvantages include the fact that all power belongs to one person. Partnership happens when two or more people organize a business. The disadvantage is income sharing, and the advantage is teamwork. A limited liability company is a type of ownership in which the owner’s personal and professional assets are separated. Self-employment taxes are a disadvantage, and liability protection is an advantage. A corporation is a form of business organization based on shared ownership. The benefit is the possibility of easy funding, and the disadvantage is double taxation. In addition, there is such a form of ownership as a cooperative, in which the owners are people who use the products produced.
