Project Purpose and Summary
Our organization has been awarded a $75,000 grant to help fund the construction and renovation of the home healthcare assistant living business project. The purpose of the home healthcare business is to provide quality treatment and support to the community’s most vulnerable members. Most of the area’s rural population are underprivileged and rely on government health care institutions.
The existing infrastructure has degraded, and there is a need to renovate it so that more handicapped and old-aged persons are housed. The present infrastructure can accommodate only a few underprivileged residents. The organization’s goal is to house up to one hundred marginalized persons, which necessitates the construction of three more structures and the renovation of the current infrastructure. The primary purpose of the home healthcare center will be to provide quality health care to the marginalized while also boosting the community’s health standards. Existing structures must be modernized and utilized to their full potential. When things like electricity and water are installed using the latest technology, the facility’s total operational costs are efficiently reduced. This enables the facility to accommodate more patients and provide better community service at a lower cost.
Project Goals and Objectives
This proposal aims to use the grant funding for infrastructure development and renovation of the home healthcare facility. The grant would enable upgrading the existing home healthcare center into a substantial facility that can house the old aged and disabled individuals. The project’s goal is to provide a welcoming, adequate health infrastructure that will boost access to and quality healthcare for underserved populations in the neighborhood. This initiative’s fundamental goal is to ensure that more disadvantaged individuals have decent housing and access to quality healthcare. The second goal is to update, preserve, and repair old structures by giving them a fresh appearance and adding modern technology to keep up with the trends.
Consumer & Stakeholder Involvement
The board of directors represents the organization, the primary stakeholder in the assistant home healthcare project. It is the organization’s responsibility to deliver high-quality, patient-centered health care to its clients. The board develops, assesses, and reformulates the project’s goals, objectives, and policies, which serve as the foundation for strategy development and implementation. The board of directors makes major financial decisions in the project. The project sponsors are the project’s other stakeholders. The project sponsor supports and defends the project as a worthwhile use of organizational resources that fulfills the organization’s strategic goals. They provide the project permission and finance. They also encourage important stakeholders to support them. The project team members are the other stakeholders in the project. They accomplish project objectives, perform work in their areas of expertise, deliver project obligations on time, communicate with the project lead about barriers, and record progress, setbacks, and emerging processes. A business analyst or resource manager is another form of project stakeholder. The business analyst solves issues using existing resources, employs tools to assist team members, and documents and analyzes project needs to accomplish the set objectives. They also evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of remedies to project setbacks.
Organization Involvement
The project team comprises full-time and part-time staff allocated to work on various project tasks and deliverables in every phase. They are accountable for adding to the overall project objectives and the individual team deliverables. An interdisciplinary team with the correct balance of skills and knowledge is critical to the project’s seamless and effective execution. The project team, chosen and assembled by Project Managers, comprises in-house personnel from various departments and skill sets. Outside vendors, contractors, and external consultants who have been specifically pooled for this project may be included in the project team. Their responsibility is to complete the project duties and activities allocated to them while updating the project managers on progress and any barriers that may develop during project execution. Members of the project team utilize project management software to see what is on their plate, identify work priorities, monitor and record progress and time spent on various activities, and interact with fellow team members and Project Managers.
Expected Project Outcomes
Across the nation, public health has played a crucial role in preserving and improving the health of rural communities. One of the key goals is to raise the standard of care provided to the area’s underprivileged residents. In particular, the project’s findings imply that efforts to raise the standard of care in nursing homes will benefit the elderly and disabled members of society. Most of the area’s disadvantaged population are poor and rely on the public health systems for medical treatment. Improving the disadvantaged residents’ quality of life ensures maximum usage of health care resources by reducing unnecessary hospitalizations among nursing home residents.
Project’s Sustainable Resources
Roads, buildings, and lush scenery will make up the nursing care facility’s location and surroundings. The setting and neighborhood have a significant influence on green and sustainable architecture. The structures’ location in an area with lush vegetation helps to lower heat and improve energy efficiency. The local water supplies and nearby soil fertility are improved by maintaining the terrain’s greenery. The business will use Operations and Maintenance to do daily and monthly maintenance on all machines. Property and equipment operations and maintenance include periodic inspection, adjustments, lubrication, cleaning (non-janitorial), painting, part replacement, minor repairs, and other steps to extend service and prevent unplanned failures.
The site will practice waste management, including garbage pickup and allocated sewage. The waste collection service will be available three times every week. The goal of disposal is to prevent pollution of the ground caused by the disposal of poisonous, hazardous, infectious, or radioactive substances. The Designated Sewage is a sewerage network that collects and carries sewage to a certain level, then uses, disposes of, or releases effluent, biosolids, or any other products of the sewage treatment process back into the environment. A commercial business will be hired to manage the Waste Management System.

Benefits of the Project to the Residents
