Introducion

The focal point of the paper is to formulate an organized proposal taking a position that defends against the claim that government has the rights to sacrifice elements or privacy and liberty in order to ensure security. In view of the 9/11 incident it became a scope of the authorities and the media to defend the position of government in the context of security as it was formulated that a constant threat of attack and disaster. It is true that the Declaration of Independence mentions, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” (Kindig, 1) However, in this case, the rights were dissolved and a virtual notion was created in the minds of the general mass that Islamic fundamentalists were behind the attack on twin tower and Pentagon. It also created a feeling of Islamophobe.

Discussion

The insects of racial discrimination, the curse of civilization, are gradually eating up our society, dissolving harmony and affection, transforming human being in weapons of carnage. Thus, the society no longer remains a better place to live in. Islamophobe is a contentious neologism distinct by some as a chauvinism in opposition to, or demonization of, Muslims.

Formerly regarded as ‘civil defense’, the concept of ‘homeland security’ became the central issue of public safety. In America, the term homeland security covers all efforts of the government-federal, state, and local-for protecting general population against the risk of alleged terrorist attacks and the use of National ID card is just one such measure. True, “law enforcement has overstepped the boundaries of acceptable surveillance of Americans in the past.” (Green, 1) The government steps therefore created a feeling of tension between the desire to protect the state and the desire to protect individual privacy. Thus, it is essential to understand the general feeling of the motive about the issue. It needs to be assessed whether

  1. The policies are formulated to destroy civil rights of Muslims
  2. the steps taken are actually directed towards Muslims only
  3. Was the 9/11 incident a programmed method to create excuse for attack on Iraq and Afghanistan

In this context, it should be noted that the law imposed Patriot act and this appeared as potential violation to human rights. The United States Congress passed the USE Patriot Act on October 26, 2001. The purpose of the act is to give more authority to law enforcement within the United States, in order to investigate and prevent terrorist attacks before they happen. Along with this came some loss of individual freedoms, because the government was now able to investigate its citizens. Thus, the rights of accused were abolished automatically. (Dershowitz, 1) Thus, it is certain that there is a good scope of discussion and it makes a perfect background for intelligent arguments.

The best statistical method would be to interview long well formulated day to day working procedure at a specific and well selected location. Throughout the procedure, it should be noticed whether there are specific variables within the testable population or not. These variables would be extremely important while evaluating the basic data in the final stages where the adjustments would be made to the formulated data in accordance to the observations. However, it is important to completely take into account the aspects of fundamental variables of an individual such as ethnicity, religious belief or positive support from the social structure of the mass and individual.

Conclusion

History helps out us to identify ourselves, recognize who we are and be acquainted with the origin where we come from. We repeatedly shrink back from hearing about our chronological times of yore for the reason that so much of it is excruciating. Islamophobe is a dejected perception that perplexes disapproval of Islam as a religion and stigmatization of those who have faith in it. Islamophobe, a myth or a kind of racism, obfuscates bias in opposition to Muslims with disparagement of Islam and that it is used to quieten detractors and Muslim reformers. This was formulated as a mode of excuse to attack Iraq and Afghanistan.
