This is very important in that they help boost the operations that are done in the organization so that they can have high sales with high profits. There has been recruitment and marketing so that they have employees well trained on the best methods for marketing and vat the same time come up with new technologies that can be applied in proper operations. In technology changes the country has been in the first line in ensuring that all the workers get the right training and there main target is to have changes that will lead to high production so as to haven high production for expert to other countries. This means that technology is vital if a country has to produce a product for export. (Mike, 1997)

In bakers delight there has been the need for legal and political interest to be used so that they can bring the changes to community. Therefore the role for reach one in the company should be checked if they have to ensure changes are met in all the filed in this company. Many changes that have to be targeted should be based in education, housing, employment and control of disease that can affect the proper performance of the organization. Australia has been in fight of many challenges that have been hindrances in all operations that are taking place in this organization most of the main challenges are physical inactivity that have cause the decline in production in many fields in this organization. Therefore there has been the need to have access to health services that what people get is desirable to change the production in this company.

Bakers delight had proposed the need to have franchisees that were to acquire certain key products only from the company suppliers. This was only to work from the interested working parties that were ready to follow what the organization required. The unions are planning to have combined delegation meetings so that they can have vital campaigns to inform the concerned group of what they require so that they can have high production. This is only possible with information campaigns so that they can know where to start and end their campaign. The details that are given will be about the harsh new federal government fines and penalties for workers and unions and the crackdown of the union activity in work place have been in progress so that they can reveal the details that are relating to the government new industrial law relations. The union is in work to have training schedule that will focus in industrial relation changes so that they have their workers informed of what is required by the government in their work place. There is a meting that has been in progress so that they can have negotiations made in work place. This has been in work where by they have parties that have to work and provide what the community is in need. The unions are seeking feedback from members and employees in relation to information that has been given to them so that they can have the right negotiation information been given to all in the company. (Alex, 1990)

Bakers delight has been in progressing of having high sales because it has the advantages that are required by workers so that they can have high production. The legal and political interests that have been in use have been to ensure that what the workers require is provided within the shortest time possible so that they have laws that govern all workers to do their work as it is expected by the company.
