Using WordArt can be a great deal of fun and can help make documents look much more attractive if it is used well. My favorite two options are pictured here with a word that describes some of the main reasons I would use this function. Using WordArt is an easy and quick way of customizing documents that are to be printed or sent via email to emphasize your company or your name. This can be used like letterhead when creating cover letters or resumes and they can be fun to use for snail mail to friends. Other options are more suitable for decorating the page as creating flyers. However, they can also be used to call attention to important graphs or data.
My favorite kind of clip art is the kind that can float in the background as a decoration for the page and the kind of clip art that can be used to help readers navigate the document, such as arrows or icons. I did not use those here because I wanted to work with the nature themes I found. One of the nice things about clip art is that you can drop it is as is, see the full tiger image below, or you can crop out just a part of the image that you want, as in the image of just the tiger’s head.
