Every day scientists surprise the public with inventing a number of new technologies which can be considered as real revolutions in the world of science. Nevertheless, new technologies, especially information technologies, overcome more and more fields for their effective implementing there. Today we cannot imagine our life without different kinds of computers, processors, computer systems, and mobile devices (Regan & O’Connor, 2001). And even artificial brain becomes the reality.

People realize all the possible advantages which can be the results of using new technologies. That is why it is rather difficult to find such a sphere in which information technologies are not used. To improve the organizational processes, increase the effectiveness of the work, contribute to the organizational development, many new technologies can be successfully used in the sphere of management.

We can choose among a great variety of technologies which can satisfy the organizational needs. It is the fact that today a lot of employees have to suffer from everyday stresses which can be considered as minor reasons for the decrease of their work’s efficiency. However, it is the reality that many people can experience stressful situations when they begin their morning at the parking territories near the offices. They can spend a lot of time looking for a spare parking bay.

Does it have a good impact on their activities? This problem has attracted the attention of the scientists, and they worked out and offered for the public a “parking patch”. This new technology combines all the latest inventions in the sphere.

A “parking patch” brings together “wireless sensors and mobile apps to steer drivers towards those elusive vacant spots” (Graham-Rowe, 2012). Adrian Bone, the author of the idea, proposed to use low-powered wireless sensors which can be attached to each parking bay.

These devices are a 7-centimetre-wide patches which can be put in the center of the bay and detect whether a car is present there or not. One of the main advantages of this “parking patch” is in the fact that it will wirelessly transmit the information to the base station with the help of the network (Graham-Rowe, 2012).

Moreover, the possibility of using such technologies “would give drivers real-time information about available parking spaces near where they were, with streets colour-coded depending on how many spots were free at the time” (Graham-Rowe, 2012). That is why this device can be successfully used in many organizations. “Parking patches” can help to organize the situation at the office parking zones, prevent form traffic problems and to save the employees’ time without any difficulties.

Furthermore, the effects of using the device can appear in decreasing the percentage of developing the conflict situations between employees. The peculiarities of the system allow saving the organization’s costs, and it does not require implementing any new infrastructure. Thus, the opportunity of using this technology can be considered as rather advantageous.

To intensify the processes connected with the data storage and handling, it is necessary to use new technologies which can help to make these processes more effective. Today the improvements of the technology known as “memristor” continue.

In a definite period of time people will have the opportunity to use the processor which is developed as the more intelligent version of a computer. It is the revolution in the world of technologies because “memristor” can work in a way which is similar to the peculiarities of human brains in collecting and analyzing the series of definite events (Palmer, 2010).

The scientists have presented the technology which is more powerful than any flash device and can implement the principles of the human brain’s work in the processes of handling the information. Moreover, it requires less time and energy than modern devices.

Stanley Williams, the inventor of the technology, states that “memristor” is the powerful combination of a resistor, capacitor, and inductor (Palmer, 2010). Several years ago it was just a hypothesis related to such a possibility. Thus, HP tries to develop the computer of a new age. It will function according to the revolutionary principles which differ from today’s computers (Palmer, 2010).

All the advantages of “memristor” technology can be used in the organizational processes. “Memristor” will be effective for optimizing the processes of the information storage and handling with saving powers. It will take less time and energy resources to work with the data. Moreover, “memristor” can operate the information even when the energy is off.

Thus, the use of “memristor” will be effective for saving the energy and technology resources, for working with more volumes of information and its effective handling and analysis, and for decreasing the dependence on the human factor in working with information. Nevertheless, today the implementing of this technology requires definite changes in the organization of work processes, using costs for integrating “memristor” technologies, and changes of the technology bases.

Furthermore, the rapid development of technologies allows seeing simple and common objects from different points of view. Today even such objects as tables can be used as the interactive device. Thus, the Surface table was developed by Microsoft as the example of the combination of information technologies with common objects of our everyday life.

The second version of the Surface is a 4 inches thick table which has a 40-inch HD screen. It operates a range of software products which allow people working with the information with the help of different programs. Moreover, this table can ‘see’ the objects which were placed on it (Moses, 2011).

The main advantages of these tables are in the fact they can be used in shops, supermarkets, airports, hotels, and business organizations for the needs of the clients and employees in order to optimize the processes of working with the clients.

The Surface tables also can be used for handling the information, making presentations according to the software which this or that table operates. However, there are disadvantages which can prevent effective implementing this technology in the organization (Moses, 2011). They are the high price of the Surface table, the necessity of using software and programs which cost a lot because the table cannot function without definite programs.

Today it is impossible to develop organizational processes without implementing a range of new technologies. They are necessary for improving the results of the employees’ work, for optimizing the communication with the clients, and for developing the workplace performance.

However, the effective usage of these technologies requires certain changes in the organizational processes. These changes can be connected with the alternation in the economic policy of the organization or with the peculiarities of working with human resources. Modern tendencies in the development of business and management require new approaches to their successful realization.
