Obesity is a syndrome marked by disproportionate fat accumulation and raised body weight. This disease is one of the most popular in modern times since there are various kinds of nutrition, including fats and carbohydrates (Peters & Dixon, 2018). The primary motivation for the growth in the number of individuals with body weight illnesses is considered to be the development of civilization. Progress has led to a decrease in manual work and reduced the demand for active movement (Peters & Dixon, 2018). Other causes lead to obesity, among which it is necessary to highlight the imbalance of caloric infusion and the level of bodily activity. Obesity makes it difficult for the respiratory system to function. This leads to pain in the heart, the appearance of sleep apnea syndrome, and increased fatigue.
