Running a business is a challenging task that hinges on communication extensively. Herein lies the validity and significance of introducing effective strategies for both written and oral communication of the firm’s objectives. Unless an organization focuses on the enhancement of oral and written communication between its members, it is likely to fail in the realm of the global economy due to a significant drop in performance levels.
I believe that a lackluster communication framework is likely to lead to a rather unimpressive performance in the target market for any company. Although there is also a range of factors that contribute to the popularity and profit thereof in the context of any market, ineffective data management typically leads to an untimely demise of a firm faster than any of them. The specified effect can be attributed to the fact that a data management strategy determines not only the speed of information delivery but also the quality thereof. For instance, the choice of an appropriate framework for written and oral communication of key objectives is likely to contribute to a massive drop in the number of misunderstandings and misconceptions made in the process of transferring essential data from one employee to another, whereas a wrongfully chosen one will cause even more errors to occur (Addams & Allred, 2015).
In fact, there is a plethora of challenges that a firm faces in any market and that lead to the further progression of the problem. For instance, the need to choose a proper tool for communication-related activities should be listed among the primary dilemmas that a firm may face when designing its strategy toward oral and written communication of objectives (Addams & Allred, 2015). It should be borne in mind that none of the available tools, including surveys, SWOT analyses, reports, resumes, mock interviews, etc., provides the answer to all problems faced by company members in the organizational context. Instead, the identified approaches offer a set of advantages and disadvantages that will need to be customized to the context of a specific firm.
The introduction of proper tools for carrying out both written and oral communication processes between a company’s employees and managers is likely to help reduce mistakes and misconceptions. Thus, it is imperative that an organization, especially the one working in the realm of the global market, should be able to utilize the approaches based on the enhancement of written and oral communication, including innovative technologies.
