In such conditions, the state and its regulating institutes become insignificant. Everything important in the conditions of free trade is the trade and financial flows of huge corporations. As a result, global companies become more powerful than states which may ruin not only the state system of the United States, but the whole concept of the organization in the world existing currently.

In addition, free trade is the reason for trade deficit in the country which is also a terrible problem for the country’s economy.
