It was legalized as the professional sport game and the number of the sport associations and organizations were created to regulate the rules of play and provide the independent judging. Needless to say, the development of the soccer players market impedes the stability of the team’s line-up. The focus on the transfer of players affects the mastery of the soccer school. There is less need to develop new techniques and to train the current players. It is much easier for the club to buy the players. The most successful clubs have their schools. They do not rely completely on the transfers. The perfection of the technique of playing the game is the fundamental of the real mastery.

The transfer contracts regulate the relationships of the player with the club. The terms of the contract are set in accordance with the rules of FIFA and include the term of playing with the team, salary, bonuses, and the responsibilities of the parties (“Football Player Contracts” par.1).

In order to sum up all above mentioned, it should be said that the soccer players market represents the sphere of interest of the majority of the world’s soccer clubs. The transfers have already become the integral part of soccer game. The transfer fee is determined by various factors including the number of goals scored, age, fitness, and participation in the premier leagues.
