The leadership at Ryno has an uphill task of inculcating awareness, vision, imagination, responsibility, and action in its conduct to ensure the hiring and retention of employees is effective.

The leaders within the company have shown massive knowledge of the workforce and various targets the company sets. Action on both the good and the bad things is the definition of any true leader, as opposed to making good decisions alone. Sometimes, action is uncomfortable for a leader and this is the place of boldness and decisiveness that is bound to guarantee the progress of Ryno. In the past, decisions requiring the action of leaders have included the adaptation of a new model of operations, firing, and hiring of staff. The company is on the precipice of a massive breakthrough and improper action could stall the growth of the firm.
Ryno, through its leadership, is presented with the challenge of hiring more staff to meet its operational demands. Such a move is scary for various reasons, including the anticipated recurrent expenditure on the workforce. The recruitment process is likely to dent the coffers of the firm massively, and possibly destabilize operations.
