Introduction
Since the creation and emergency of the human being, man has been different from all other animals by the special character which he possesses. The difference is brought about by his ability to reason. The reasoning ability in away gives him the power to differentiate what are good deeds and bad acts. However, it is widely noted that this is not always the case. For many years which have passed over, the behavior of man has been in transition from one decade to another. In every generation, it has been not easy to draw clear boundaries between moral and immoral individuals. The acts of moral and immoral people in one way or the other have been ranked at the same level. Thus, it is vivid to all of us that there is a failure for moral people to perform their work, job, and all activities with total attribution to morally. The failure of upright moral people to react morally can usually be affiliated to several factors. Some of these factors may be personal and internalized; they may be external in the sense that behavior is bound to external influence. This is why it is a milestone to separate the moral and immoral people, as they e have all done either good or bad acts. This causes sophisticated research on how we can identify the moral and the immoral among us. (Frank, and Michael, 2005)
Main body
The main consideration which attributes to the failure of moral people to act morally is particularly the learning deficits of persons. Learning is very important in the life of a child through his youthful stage and in his adulthood age. It empowers a person by imparting into him valuable good ideas. In cases where the learning process is impaired from getting on its own way, a moral problem may be triggered. It is understood that for every activity which we do we just learn it from others, otherwise, it is in very rare cases that people invent their own way of behaving. The control by learning enlightens an individual to realize what things should one do to others and him to achieve the best from it. When people fail to understand their role and line of play position, then confusion occurs and a lack of harmony of moral acts is taken astray. The factor of ignorance contributes to the involvement of People who are considered moral conservatives in the dungeons of immorality. Due to the short sightless of moral people, the acts of immorality pave the way and become rooted in them. It is not their will but when such compromising deeds are deeply planted in their blossoms, there is a replication of the same in the f future days. This is because the early wise men gave the adage which says ‘practice makes perfect. (Watson, 1999)
The intention of many people is to act in a moral site of theirs. But it should be pointed out some people’s desires to act morally are not achieved. Although a number of people would like to act morally, they mostly find themselves doing contrary to their expectations. This has been noted by many great men of wisdom constituting great philosophers, sociologists, and even physiologists as due to influence from the others. The major problems which arise in human life are majority contributed by their interaction with each other. It is through such interaction of people that some people whose desire and belief is to live in the moral site of their life are captured and destroyed by the powerful forces of immorality. For instance, a person may not be his wish to steal from anybody. But it comes to a certain situation whereby while he is in his usual activities, he/ she encounter a group of gangsters. Through such encounters, these gangsters then force him/her to accompany them to where they are doing. It is apparent that the particular group goes on stealing while the particular person plays is a major role in the whole process which is immoral to him. It is therefore the situational pressures that make the failure of moral people to act morally. The persuasions of deceit from others are not minor factors as contributors to the failure of moral people to do things immorally. (Raz, 2003)
Conclusion
To act morally is not an easy task that should be taken so lightly. It requires devotions and dedication through all means. Where there is devotion and dedication there is an intimate relation to cost. As long as we live on the planet earth, many people would like to avoid the costs of living. In the same manner, researchers have found profound information that many moral people are not an exception to the cost of moral acts. Perhaps let’s say that it is moral to contribute goods and other services to the poor individuals either in any place of the world, many moral peoples have been reported to have conversely altitude in such charitable activity because this is in reduction of their wealth. It is such ideology that the cost of morality can be attached.
In addition, reporting wrongdoers to the authorities is a moral act, however, there are numerous thieves who are known by moral people and stays within their dwelling places and they haven’t been reported to the authority. This is because the moral people mostly are in fear of incurring the cost reporting and the torture in case he/she is caught by culprits. Furthermore, for moral people to act morally there are general requirements that are essential and need to be provided. Like a young sibling in his toddler age, moral people need to be motivated morally to perform their activities better. When a moral person is encouraged in one way, he can remember doing the same act for the rest of his life. However, some people discourage moral people from doing what is moral through their acts. It is revealed that many people in the developed countries are ceasing from assisting the communities in the poorly developed states due to misuse of the resources. This is a clear indication that they are being discouraged from acting morally by others. (Estlund, 2001)

Pettit, P. (2004): Themes from the Moral Philosophy of Joseph Raz. Clarendon Press. The book is very unique in that the author tries to bring the audience to light on the importance of foreseeing of events. He says that ignorance is a key factor that causes many people to act immorally.
Craig, E., (1998): Moral Motivation: London. The author focuses his writing on things which makes both children and adult change their ways of behavior. He sternly criticizes lack of encouragement from the parents as the main contributor to child’s uncouth behavior.
Watson, G. (1999): Addiction as Defect of the Will: Oxford University press. The author Watson is firmly focusing his words on those people who would like to get involved in immoral deeds. He warns them by telling them how acts done deliberately become an addiction to persons.
Bok, H. (2000): Freedom and Responsibility. The book is core in explaining the way freedom is counterfeit by people to deceive others from what is righteous and hence they are lead astray.
Estlund, D. (2001): Moral Judgment and Moral Motivation. Estlund is focusing his concern on the reasons which are causing many affluent countries to be reluctant on helping the poor developing country. He use this to explain to the ways in which people makes judgments on others while at same time coordinates it with the discouragements of people from others
