The problem to be analyzed is how children perform poorly in algebra. The effective method to be applied is articulation which the students are expected to learn in the summer holiday. Evidence of the students performing poorly has been published across various sources, including academic journals, websites, and academic reports. Elements in the book, such as results and discussion that provided the textual evidence, supported the tutors’ points and were relevant to the study. Additional sources for this research are articles and websites; they are appropriate and logical in their form of presentation of evidence.

Around the world, a variety of techniques are incorporated, such as BODMAS (brackets, index, division, multiplication, addition, subtraction). These mnemonics that are designed to facilitate students’ recall of the order of precedence are interpreted in various ways, leading to confusion. One of the reasons is that they are written in terms of arbitrary norms that require memorization. Alternatively, the articulation principle is a theory that describes how mathematical phrases are heard or spoken may give students an unambiguous interpretation of concepts. Sub expressions may be perceived as an operation conducted in mental or natural objects, which can be governed at a higher level by leaving brief gaps in speech (Chin et al., 2022). This study places the articulation principle in the context of a more significant long-term learning paradigm. It presents empirical evidence for its use in mathematical expression and how to incorporate it.

The articulation principle may be conveyed to induce a conversation about what mathematical expression implies. It may be practiced with children or individuals who have difficulty learning. Moreover, it assists curriculum designers and experts prepare for long-term success by encouraging tutors to support long-term techniques to comprehend the concepts of operations in algebra and arithmetic (Doll, 2019). The articulation principle provides a solid foundation for learning algebra. The overall aim of articulation therapy’s school-based language is to enable children to utilize clear speech in the general education classroom. The transfer of skills from classroom activities affects children’s academic progress.

To incorporate articulation in institutional as a basis for mathematical concepts requires various skills. A tutor is expected to model proper expression, for when a student hears a sound right, they are likely to pronounce it correctly. The teacher should focus on the letter’s sound rather than itself (Tran & Sophida, 2020). In such a case in algebra, students will comprehend they are solving for which variable. A teacher is also expected to give precise comments, providing positive feedback for students for pronouncing sounds correctly. However, it is recommended that the tutor does not correct the student in a group to avoid affecting the child’s self-conscious lecture is also expected to request repetition for this form teaches the student the significance of speaking effectively. A teacher should display confidence in the program, improving children’s liability. Incorporating these skills to enhance articulation will also help develop the math language.

In conclusion, the articulation principle fosters an emphasis on the definition of expression providing new methods of understanding the challenges of arithmetic algebra transition. It gives a unique perception of the evolution between the symbolic conception of tending to a limit and the notion of a limit as an entity by extending allegorical to calculus (Chin et al., 2022). In the larger context of symbolism and embodiment, zooming in on a function graph using dynamic interactive software establish a connection between the knowledge of the differentiation process and local straightness. It allows the symbolic derivative to be speculated as to the graph slope. Not just in operational symbolism but also broader context of the long-term advancement of mathematical intelligence. The articulation principle invites us to challenge the basic foundation of present mathematical education research and teaching practice.
