During the study, various methods of data collection will be used and information gathered will require analysis in order to make a decisive conclusion on what should be done to affect electronic health records systems (Strauss, 2007). Data gets analyzed to obtain the meaning of data collected from the study hence helping researchers to draw useful conclusions.

Coding data is one technique to be used in data analysis because the information collected by researchers will hold varying importance to the research. In the coding of data, all information will get allocated unique code to differentiate from other data collected. Here, data will get categorized into various groups and classes, for example, data on the effectiveness of the electronic health records system to user satisfaction need to be classified to differentiate it from that regarding diagnosis cost reduction. Each category of data must have a code allocated to ensure easy accessibility (Strauss, 2007). This will be highly effective since most of the data after evaluation will fall in the nominal class where tangibility will not be possible. Since most data will be categorical, this can be a terrifically effective technique of analyzing data because it will also be immensely useful to this project. This is because; this data after categorization can be looked at in individual groups according to the subject at hand.

This data may also be tabulated to a get close understanding of behaviors from data collection. For example, it can be tabulated to show the number of positive or negative responses to questions by officers in the same level who got interviewed. This will be useful to the project because responses from different people can be analyzed hence assisting in predicting how the project may be accepted in the health care facilities.
