An information system (IS) is a system that allows you to store, search, and process any information. It also includes the resources and tools that enable these activities. It is necessary to access and communicate important information quickly: for example, stores have databases of their products, and employees can easily find out if a product is available (He et al., 2021). In addition, IP can be seen as software that will allow business strategy and processes to evolve. Companies have corporate databases that every employee has access to and efficiently achieve business goals.

The essential components of a computer include the processing and control device, the processor; storage (internal and external memory); and input and output devices. The processor is needed to perform elementary operations per unit of time with varying maximum binary code lengths (Bourgeois et al., 2019). For example, there are processors with a clock speed of 3.6 gigahertz, which means that they perform 3.6 billion cycles (elementary operations) per second. Storage devices are designed to store various amounts of information on the PC: the amount of memory needed to allow the computer to perform its functions (RAM from 128 megabytes). Input devices include all the tools that allow one to enter information into the computer. For example, the keyboard and mouse allow one to write alphabetic and numeric values, and the tablet and scanner – images. Output devices are a collection of devices that display digital information: for example, a display for visualizing information.

Limited information technology budgets should not hinder the adoption of cloud computing. They create a stable platform on which information exchange becomes faster and data reliability increases. Organizations achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity. Interoperability allows one to respond faster to new technologies and visualize potential connections between them and the organization’s goals. Perhaps most simply, CC ensures the survival of organizations in a changing business environment (Maurer & Hinck, 2020). It is accomplished by protecting data regardless of staff behavior. Companies protect data despite limited budgets and allow the business to move forward.
