The proclamation of the declaration resulted in the rapid invasion on the part of Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Egypt. These war events turned into the War of Independence. The invaders were completely equipped with all necessary weapons. Israel had to cope with great difficulties in order to resist invading forces. The roots of the war covered the civil conflict between Arabs and Jews which appeared after the UN decision proclamation.

This decision was aimed at the country partitioning consisting of an Arab state, Jewish state, and international enclave. The plan of the UN was completely approved by the Jews but it caused massive objections among the population of Arabs and surrounding countries. Such an atmosphere led to the majority of demonstrations and violations. It caused a row of conflicts in society. (Rogan, 2001)

The basic reason for the beginning of the war events was the unwillingness of Arabs to accept the UN decision and recognize the Jewish state in the territory of Palestine. Though the plan provided by the UN was really rational and logical the world of Arabs was never considered to be compromising. The peaceful solution to the problem was really impossible and the war events were inevitable.

Sharp objections on the part of Arabs and all the surrounding countries did not allow the decision to be fulfilled though it brought a lot of troubles to the life of the population. The representatives of the UNO explained their position and the reason for the decision. The UN’s object was to cooperate with all parts of the Arab states. By all means, the plan established appeared to be a failure and unproductive. It caused intercultural conflicts which resulted in mass losses of the states participating in them. (Peters, 2002)

The best way out of a conflict situation that still takes place between the Palestinians and The state of Israel is to find a compromise. According to some social polls, the majority of the population of these states agree to end a dispute in such away. They consider that a two-state solution will be the best and keyway out of an international conflict lasting so long. Direct negotiations and agreements between the representatives of the parties of two countries still cannot lead to the solution of the problem. (Rami, 2008)

Thus, it should be pointed out that one day in the history of Israel changed the lives of its people and all the neighboring countries transferring the society into a state of constant war. Though the plan of the UN was rejected by the Arab countries it resulted in a long intercultural conflict. It is too late to speak about the prevention of the conflict but the states can put it to an end now by meeting halfway.

Considering the nature of the Arab origin who cannot accept the interference with their internal interests and policy it is difficult to predict any concessions on the part of the government. Nevertheless, the most important aspect in the decision making is to take into account the interests of the nationality, the desire of the population of the states who are eager to stop this conflict which brought a lot of troubles and disastrous to several generations. It still cannot see an end…
