Discussion

In my red box is a collection of personal and professional skills that allow me to stand out in the workplace. Among my professional skills, I highlight a wealth of knowledge in my field and manage it to achieve results. Having this knowledge helps me in developing a creative approach to tasks. In addition, I have a good memory and self-management and time-management skills that allow me to complete assignments on time. Among my personal qualities, responsibility, and learnability, I would like to highlight my communication skills. I improve my communication skills through volunteer work, counseling, and conversation clubs. It forms the style of my relationships: a disposing one through the creation of trusted connections.

I believe that one of my main characteristics is my capacity for work and high productivity. It sets me apart from others because my high concentration and commitment come from a sincere desire to get the job done and help the organization. In addition, I try not to be lazy and gradually dive into an assignment as a spiral: I have a primary and alternate path that allows me to add new data to the task. I have a reasonably extroverted nature, so I like to be creative and innovative in projects – I enjoy doing analytics and editorial. For many people, this seems like a challenge, but I think, in my case, it is a big plus.

As I said, I am more of an extrovert: I need a break from time to time, but I am generally more social than many people I know. I look at failures differently and see them as stimuli to work rather than limitations. Not long ago, one of my projects was doomed to failure because I had made mistakes in calculating material costs and the length of the planning process. It frustrated me because I thought I was doing a good job. Nevertheless, I got over it: after a few days, I looked at it with fresh eyes and realized my mistakes. I believe the project has reached a new breath, and I expect to do the same with all my work. My personality – extroverted, analytical, and predictive – will positively impact what other people will associate my name with.

Stress tolerance is a complex personality quality that I have not yet mastered perfectly. I strive to resist stress and be able not to take its effects personally. However, sometimes I can be overly emotional, leading to the brand being associated with infantilism and impulsivity. I am wary that this will give the brand a non-serious appearance, but at the same time, the natural reactions to stress – sadness and resentment should be common and accepted in society. The strength of a brand is not that it ignores obstacles and acts menacing and closed but that it is as alive as the people around it. Emotional responses and demonstration of coping skills with me will give the personal brand sincerity.

My red box meets the request of almost any customer in my field because it contains principle skills and professional competencies. I believe that most of my skills are the universal unit that any organization looks for in its employees. My red box will be a valuable tool for future work because it will bring positive aspects to areas such as speed, productivity, and analytics. It will provide unique value in building the spirit of the team I am to work through, laying down new principles for looking at business processes. I do not want to puff myself up, but I think many work tasks will be my responsibility because I have put together a red box of beneficial skills and knowledge. My professional knowledge will be a significant reason for an employer to choose me as a future employee. However, a combination of personal qualities, including teachability, communication skills, and professional qualities (creativity), will make me an excellent candidate to invest in. My brand will be such that the name will serve as a guarantor of opportunities.

Conclusion

My brand is a name backed by data on experience, success, and skills. The brand is the idea of how an optimistic view of work and mistakes allows an emotional connection to the profession to form. Professionalism is made up of knowledge and skills, and personality is made up of the desire to be accurate and make a difference. In the reality of my brand, every idea is valuable because it can lead to a unique solution to a problem. Creativity, freedom to choose and manage resources, and dialogue with comrades and colleagues form the basis of a brand that can appeal to many.
