Team Organization

The team that will be in charge of this project includes key leaders in charge of all the departments that will be affected by the new system. Communications Plan

The management of the project will adopt several methods of passing information as well as tools of sharing data among the team members and other users involved. Risk Management Plan

Risk assessment of the project will be defined in terms of the probability of occurrence of risky events.
