Introduction

Additionally, NPs are permitted to register an emblem in accordance with the prescribed process, as well as seals, stamps, and letterhead bearing the organization’s full name in the state language (Geddie & Minarik, 2019). It is possible to have a separate property in ownership or in operational management, as well as an independent balance sheet or estimate (Geddie & Minarik, 2019). Prescriptive Authority

The second competence I have, in particular, is aesthetics and professionalism (NONPF, 2019). I actively participate in the team’s life, adhere to professional ethical principles, and appreciate and support the aesthetics of the working environment.
Competency Areas with Room for Improvement
The first competence area with room for growth is self-study. It is difficult for me to schedule time for additional education. Besides, I have a bit of a problem with discipline. However, I try to make a clear plan for the day and use different techniques to ensure I improve as a professional every day, as I am very impressed with the theory of continuous self-examination.
The second competence area with room for growth is working with innovation. In my opinion, I am not good enough at using and implementing modern technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of activities. However, if I spend more time on self-education, I will be able to develop the ability to creatively solve a range of tasks and problems using new technologies.
Scholarly Activities That Help Develop NP Competencies
Writing a research article is the first academic endeavor that helps me develop NP abilities, as it allows me to incorporate new information into an existing database. Research is another academic pursuit that supports the development of my NP competencies, as it enables me to test new, potentially beneficial data in real-world settings. Attending a conference in a field I want to improve in is the third academic endeavor that supports my development of NP abilities. It helps me grow in the competency areas where there is room for improvement, as I can learn from real cases and get answers to my questions through practical experience.
Leadership Skills
Leadership Skills Required in Complex Systems
Consistency in criteria and punishments is the primary leadership ability needed to lead in complicated systems. This is significant because it provides workers with a clear understanding of their obligations and the consequences of noncompliance (McCauley et al., 2019). Building trustworthy relationships with subordinates is the second leadership ability needed to lead in complex systems (McCauley et al., 2019). This is crucial because it allows the manager to modify team procedures and stay continuously informed about what is going on in the company. A leader’s adaptable partner conduct is the third ability required in complex systems (McCauley et al., 2019). This is significant because it guarantees that participants in the medical process will be at ease interacting with one another and cooperating.
Strategies for NP Leadership Skill Development
The first strategy to help me develop NP leadership skills is to build emotional intelligence. It will help reduce anxiety among some team members, fostering confidence and calm (McCauley et al., 2019). This strategy is effective in stressful situations, as it allows for controlling employees by understanding their emotions.
The second strategy to help me develop NP leadership skills is risk management (McCauley et al., 2019). This will help me remain calm in any situation and quickly focus not on difficulties but on achieving the goal. The validity of risks when applying the risk management strategy will accelerate the movement towards the goal and stop dangerous processes in time.
Conclusion
Thus, both adherence to legislative standards and possession of specific human attributes are required to open an NP. The legal requirements include obtaining certification, accreditation every 5 years, and obtaining certificates of advanced training. Additionally, it is essential to possess leadership abilities and to use strengths while improving deficiencies. The combination of these factors will enable the successful opening and create conditions for the development of NP.
