The purpose of this report is to prove the need to examine the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions on user experience. In the past, the majority of studies were focused on quantitative indicators reflecting on the number of visits and similar information, whereas this approach is insufficient for predicting the outcomes of the above advancements (Moskowitz et al., 2019). Moreover, there is a lack of knowledge concerning the impact of AI on cognition, the value of data, and people’s satisfaction. Therefore, the presented issue appears to be of high importance for predicting the development of the field and corresponding challenges.
I have found and read six sources, which reflect on the topic and are reliable (See references below). I have completed their evaluation and described the methods of search, which were the use of the Summon search engine, the website of the Internet Society, and Google Books (See source evaluation section). I was able to extract all pieces in full-text PDF format and preview the book.
