The proposed organization is involved in the assembling, marketing, installation, maintenance, research, and development of disposable faucet water fountains equipped with a motion sensor. The product of the organization addresses the issues of the transmission of such diseases like flu and cold in public places through the use of drinking water fountains. Due to being the facilities used by a large number of individuals every day, drinking water fountains carries potential hazards for the users. In order to use a fountain, one must place their hands and mouth on the fountain, and this allows easy contamination and disease transmission. Company Structure
The company involved in the marketing and installation of disposable faucet water fountains equipped with a motion sensor has to be composed of a number of different departments. Among them, there is the department responsible for assembling the water fountains, technical support department, maintenance and installation department, research and development department, marketing, warehouse, and SAP systems (the online system responsible for tracking orders and inventory).
This way, the organization will cover all kinds of processes related to the sales, maintenance, installation, and development of drinking water fountains. Marketing and SAP systems departments will be involved in the promotion of the product and management of the orders. Technical support will deal with clients who already use the product. The maintenance and installation department will manage the placement of fountains after they are ordered.

The department responsible for assembling the product will receive the parts of the fountains and then put the final products together. The warehouse is where the final products are stored, waiting to be ordered and sold. All of the departments need to be in communication with each other. The marketing department will manage the orders of the parts for new fountains, manage sales, and be in communication and SAP systems and installation departments. It also needs to inform the fountain assemblers about the new arrivals of materials. Technical support needs to be in contact with the installation maintenance department to address the issues the clients might face using the fountains. It is better to divide the marketing department into sales, promotion, and product planning.
How Is the Product Distributed?
The parts of disposable faucet water fountains equipped with a motion sensor are manufactured separately and then are ordered from the producers by the product planners. After that, they arrive at the warehouse and are gradually moved to the department that assembles the fountains putting the separate parts together. The supply chain of the company would not belong because the company provides its own assembling of the final product. As soon as an order is placed, the installation and maintenance department will be responsible for the proper delivery and setting of the product where the customer requires it.
