It helps to reach the consensus lever faster and in an adequate way.
The quality and effectiveness of the decision greatly impact the success of an individual both at a business and personal level. Problem-solving and decision making are regarded as an ongoing process that results in necessary actions. It is noted that decisions can be understood as the channels to guide everyday attempts to increase positive experience and avoid negative feelings (Lerner, Li, Valdesolo, & Kassam, 2015). Still, the decisions might also serve to increase negative emotions regardless of personal awareness. The realization of outcomes gives an individual the new emotions no matter the type of a decision. Thus, it is possible to state that decisions and emotions are closely related.
