As a result of constant and gradual appreciation in the people eager to adopt the children, there is high potential in the success of the Guardian Garden industry. Also, the market that the business is expecting to hold will give high chances of expansion in the business (Kotler, 2008).
Guardian Garden orphanage is involved in activities that are meant to support the well being of the children. It includes fun activities performed by the children when staying in the orphanage. As a result, children are capable of developing their talents and living a healthy life. This will increase the demand for children from Guardian Garden. Couples and other groups of people will prefer to adopt children from this institution.
In light of the good reputation of the organization, it will attract donors and other people who are willing to fund the institution. The location of Guardian Garden in Washington, D.C. places it in a strategic market place since the area is densely populated. Therefore, the business is subjected to a large number of potential children adopters, which can allow a flow of the incoming children and the people requesting to adopt them (Sandhusen, 2000).
