Introduction
The contract can be compiled orally (Steingold and Steingold, 2009, p. 206), the contract under consideration is a written one. As Putty Sports is a company that needs to hire a person experienced in the area of the network that handles, monitors, and automatically responds to billing and shipping needs, it is necessary to compile a contract that would make this employee stay with the company for a minimum period of 3 (three) years and prevent him/her from disclosing the information about the company’s internal issues, revenue, and strategies to competitors or use it for self-enrichment.
As the job security is one of the most important issues in the employee contract, it is necessary to guarantee that an employee is not affected by an insecure job position (Weiss, 2004, p. 280). So, the contract should have three functions to involve an employee for at least three years: 1) guarantee that a person works for a company for at least three years, in case of an employee leaving the company earlier some penalty provision would be imposed; 2) ensure that an employee does not disclose the information to competitors within the next 3 (three) years after the ending of the contract period; 3) motivate the employee using salary and bonuses imposed for effective performance.

According to the agreement, the employer has offered and the employee has accepted employment and agreed on the provisions stipulated in the contract.
- Scope of work: the duties of the employee include overseeing and examination of the network that handles, monitors, and automatically responds to billing and shipping needs, providing adequate support to the system in case of some breaks. Thus operation and maintenance of the system are included in the scope of work.
- Terms of contract: an employee has to follow the terms of the signed contract. In case of breaking the terms stipulated in the contract, penalty provisions are to be imposed. The contract valid for a period of _____________________.
- Payment: the salary schedule will be approved by the Putty Sports Inc. The salary is not lower than the one agreed upon while signing the contract.

- Non-compete clause: an employee shall not copy or transmit the information related to the operation and maintenance of the company’s systems. Furthermore, any breaching of contract or agreement within these terms set forth the employer shall pay for damages.
