Fahed’s Fine Foods LLC is a young and rapidly developing company which aims at the spread of its influence in the Middle Eastern Region. It is focused on the importing on various foodstuff from a great number of states all over the world into the UAE.

Fahed’s Fine Foods LLC is characterized by the clear structure. The headquarter of the organization is situated in Jebel Ali. It is responsible for the further distribution of goods and logistics. There are numerous departments in the other cities of the state which are focused on the efficient distribution of goods all over the country. The given organization chart describes the structure of the company and presents the hierarchy.
The company has a clear and efficient supply chain and logistics. The goods which are ordered by the customers of the company are delivered to the above-mentioned departments situated in the main ports of the country. When ships with cargo arrive, trucks deliver the products to the distribution points where they are stored until the special request. Trucks also deliver the goods across the country.
Fahed’s Fine Foods LLC has certain facilities at its disposal. It owns the tracks which deliver the products and rents offices in the ports to be able to maintain the supply channels and obtain the goods ordered by the customers. However, in case of the further development of the company, the number of tracks will be increased to satisfy the needs of the growing organization.
Being at the first stages of its evolution, Fahed’s Fine Foods LLC does not provide working places for a great number of people. According to the companys description, it employs 100 hundred drivers. There are also 5 employees in Jebel Ali, 3 in Khalifa Port. In addition, there are 6 employees in each office in the state. For this reason, there are not so many workers. However, the perspectives of the company provide the possibility for the staff increase.
The company should be taken as the serious actor of the UAEs market as its organization structure and facilities imply the opportunity for the further growth.
